There are only a few exclusions:

1. There must have been a technical problem of some sort with the account which is recorded in our helpdesk, we will not issue a refund just because you have found a cheaper offer.
    

2. Because domain name registration fees are passed on by us to the registration authorities we cannot refund these.
    

3. We reserve the right to pass on any excess bandwidth charges, incurred by you in the first 15 days (we have never had to do this, but we have to put this clause in to protect ourselves against deliberate abuse).
    

4. Dedicated IP addresses and account addons are not covered due to the amount of work required to set them up.
   
    

5. If your account has been cancelled due to a breach of our Terms of Service or AUP, you will not be eligible for a refund.
   
    

6. If you have played with hosting account, by misconfiguring any of hosting services, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    

7. FREE hosting account is not eligible for a refund.
